Sarah Witt

Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships

About

I’m a qualified Integrative counsellor, meaning I draw upon different modalities to best suit the individual needs of my client. I mostly identify with the skills and techniques offered in Person-Centred therapy, however. My main aim is to provide an empathetic and unconditionally supportive space for my clients. Through building a strong relationship and trust, I can help you uncover your own value, whilst strengthening your ability to cope with a variety of life and mental health issues. I may also use the Psychodynamic approach to help process underlying, possibly unconscious, feelings from childhood. Negative patterns in thoughts and behaviour may be recognised through CBT techniques. I collaboratively works towards improved self-awareness and increased life fulfilment for my clients. I know how hard it can be to reach out for help and believe you are brave to be seeking support.

Is Online Therapy the Right Step Toward Better Mental Health?

Many people ask whether online therapy really makes a difference. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions for most people.

A major benefit is flexibility – clients can connect in the way that suits them best, whether by video call, phone, live chat, or in-app messaging. That flexibility can make it easier to fit therapy into a busy life and to maintain continuity of care.

Therapists and other licensed professionals offer online sessions, and you can change therapists if you feel a different fit would be better. For many people, online therapy provides an accessible and practical option to work on common mental health and life issues.
