Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
My name is Sara and I am an open-minded counsellor with a Humanistic approach to therapy.
With qualifications in Holistic Therapies, Sports Therapy and Nutrition, I have always been interested in health and wellbeing and facilitating people to feel better, which led me to study counselling.
I am trauma informed, have worked extensively with people who have experienced the trauma of domestic abuse and can help clients with issues such as anxiety, depression, stress, low self-esteem, loss and bereavement and relationship problems.
Perhaps you feel stuck or lost and don’t know what to do next? My aim as a therapist is to work with you as a unique individual to make sense of what you’re experiencing, strengthen and reconnect with yourself so you may begin to move forward. I won’t judge you, or anything you bring, I will listen and support you as we walk through your experience together.
Asking for help is not giving up, it’s refusing to give up, so I’m really glad you’ve made it here.

She holds qualifications in Holistic Therapies, Sports Therapy and Nutrition, and her longstanding interest in health and wellbeing led her to train in counselling to help people feel better.
Sara is trauma informed and has worked extensively with people who have experienced the trauma of domestic abuse. She supports clients with concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress, low self-esteem, loss and bereavement, and relationship problems.
Her aim as a therapist is to work with each person as a unique individual to make sense of what they are experiencing, and to help them strengthen and reconnect with themselves so they can begin to move forward. She offers a non-judgemental listening presence and practical support while people explore their experience together with her.
Sara often notes that asking for help is not giving up – it is refusing to give up, and she welcomes those who choose to take that step.
Many people wonder whether remote counselling can really help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is flexibility – people can choose the way of connecting that fits their needs, whether that is video calls, phone sessions, live chat or in-app messaging. This makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life and to receive support in a familiar environment.
Work is provided by licensed professionals, and there is the option to switch to a different therapist at any time if a different fit is desired. Online therapy offers a practical way to access experienced therapists while maintaining choice over how and when to engage in the process.
