Support That Meets You Where You Are
Taking that first step toward support can feel uncertain – but it is also a powerful and courageous choice. Whether you’re feeling, overwhelmed, stuck, or simply not like yourself, you’re not alone – and you don’t have to navigate it all on your own.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience helping individuals build resilience and move through life‘s challenges with clarity and confidence. I hold a Master of Social Work from the University of Kansas, as well as a Master of Public Health (MPH) from Boston University bringing both clinical expertise and a deep understanding of how mental and physical health intersect.
My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and rooted in your strengths. I specialize in supporting adults who are navigating, anxiety, depression, life transitions, chronic illness, or stress related to health and wellness. Together we’ll identify what’s getting in the way and create a path forward that aligns with your values, goals, and unique strengths.
Therapy isn’t about fixing you – it’s about helping you reconnect with who you truly are. Let’s work together to help you feel more grounded, empowered, and in control of your life again.
