Taking the first step toward support can feel uncertain, and Sara Roesler understands that choosing therapy is a powerful, courageous decision. She brings 25 years of clinical experience helping people who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unlike themselves to regain clarity and confidence.
Sara is a licensed clinical social worker in North Carolina and holds independent clinical social work licensure in Massachusetts. She also holds a Master of Social Work from the University of Kansas and a Master of Public Health from Boston University, combining clinical training with a strong understanding of how mental and physical health interact.
Her approach is compassionate, collaborative, and focused on building from each person’s strengths. Sara works with adults facing stress, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, relationship and family conflicts, low self-esteem, grief, ADHD, compassion fatigue, career difficulties, and the challenges of life transitions or chronic health concerns. Together she and the client identify what is getting in the way and develop a practical path forward that aligns with the client’s values and goals.
Therapy with Sara is not framed as “fixing” someone but as an opportunity to reconnect with who they truly are and to feel more grounded, empowered, and in control of their life again.
