Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Welcome. I am a qualified counsellor and a registered member of BACP. I have been working for over 6 years.
I have experience supporting client through different presenting issues; Anxiety, Depression, OCD, Bereavement, Abuse, Relationship, Bullying, Anger, Low self esteem, Eating disorder, Self harm and Gender dysphoria.
Although I specialise in CBT, I use integrative approach tailoring to clients need, it encourages to tell their story in a confidential and safe environment. Counselling does not provide answers or solutions to their problems but it does offer an opportunity to express and to explore feelings, thought and experiences. It is a supportive relationship built on trust and available to use and enable client to make informed choices. It can also help to progress, develop a positive attitude and build confidence and self-esteem to live a happy and healthier life.
I am positive, caring and I have patience and a willingness to listen and engage. I am trustworthy, reliable, non-judgmental, attune to people I work with and punctual with a problem solving attitude, that I believe equips me with the skills and quality to be a good therapist.
You do not need to have a build up of major problem or an issue to start talking therapy. You can benefit from it even if it is for a one session.
I look forward to speaking with you.
