Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a Mental Health Counsellor and Psychotherapist credentialed in the UK and Australia, and a Registered Counsellor with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy. I hold two Master’s degrees and have years of professional experience working in various countries around the world. I have supported clients with stress and anxiety management, depression, trauma, life transitions, and a wide range of other concerns.
Originally from Bangladesh, I have lived in Saudi Arabia, Thailand, and Singapore for many years. I speak both English and Bengali fluently. I am currently based in the United Kingdom and working from here.
I work collaboratively with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be expressed freely and without fear of judgment. I believe my role as a counsellor is to facilitate self-exploration and help clients join the dots of their lives through deeper connection with their stories and their sense of being.
I am not afraid to ask meaningful questions or to engage in difficult conversations. Nor do I hesitate to let clients know when they may be holding themselves back or limiting their own potential.
I love being a counsellor because it gives me the opportunity to be part of people’s journeys and to witness the courage they show in sharing their vulnerabilities. I am here to support you in that process.

Many people ask whether online therapy can make a meaningful difference. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions for most people.
One of the main benefits is the flexibility it offers. Clients can choose the mode of connection that suits them best – video calls, phone sessions, live chat or in-app messaging – making it simpler to fit therapy into a busy life.
All therapists involved are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to switch therapists if they prefer a different fit. This combination of effectiveness and convenience makes online therapy a practical choice for many people seeking support.
