Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I welcome you and commend you for seeking help as I know it can be challenging to do so.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Michigan, having graduated from Western Michigan University with a Masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I have 6 years experience as a therapist. I am also a husband and a father of 3. I have a love for the outdoors and learning new things. I am also an avid fan of hard rock music.
I would describe therapy as an organic process, much like a relationship. As with any relationship it takes time to develop and requires honesty and vulnerability on behalf of both parties in order to grow.
It can be hard to take that first step and ask for help. My focus is to meet you where you are in your journey and support you as you face life’s challenges. I am here to work with you to aid in greater self awareness, utilize strengths to solve problems and discover hope. The process of change can be both challenging and rewarding. I am excited to have the privilege to join you on your path and help you discover the next steps.

People often wonder whether online therapy can truly help. For many common concerns – including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and life transitions – online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
A major advantage is flexibility – individuals can connect with a therapist in the way that fits their needs, whether through video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This variety of options makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule.
Licensed professionals deliver care online, and anyone may switch to a different therapist at any time if they’d prefer a different fit. For those weighing their options, online therapy offers an accessible and adaptable path to addressing common mental health and relationship concerns.
