Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a BACP registered and experienced psychotherapist working with a wide range of issues which include anxiety and depression, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, anger management, bereavement and parenting skills.
I know it can be very scary and difficult to talk about your problems/issue, revisit those painful memories and to express your feelings. Sometimes it’s hard to recognize our own feelings. I offer a safe space for you to talk and express your feelings. I offer a professional, supportive, confidential, nonjudgmental and ethical therapy in order to help with your presenting issues.
Counselling helps you to understand yourself better. Helps you to find better coping strategies to deal with day to day difficulties you might be facing at the moment. Talking to someone who is not related to you in anyway helps you to relax and open up about your issues.
Whether you are struggling with difficult life issues or wanting to make changes in your life, I tailor the counselling sessions to suit your own personal needs. This is your space. You and I will work together to help you access your own resources to make the choices that bring greater self-awareness, self-empowerment and effectiveness in the world. You have all your answers within. My job is to help you to find them. I have been helping individuals and making a real difference to their lives.
I work with short term, long term and telephone clients. The sessions are weekly, at the same time and at same place.

Rupinder “Rimpy” Sandhu is a BACP-registered psychotherapist (registered with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) who works with a wide range of difficulties, including anxiety and depression, relationship problems, low self-esteem, anger management, bereavement and parenting skills.
She recognises that it can be frightening and difficult to talk about problems, to revisit painful memories or to put feelings into words. She offers a safe space where people can speak openly, and provides professional, supportive, confidential, nonjudgmental and ethical therapy to address the issues they bring.
Her counselling aims to help people understand themselves more clearly and to develop better coping strategies for day-to-day challenges. Talking with someone who is not connected to your personal life can make it easier to relax and open up.
Whether someone is coping with immediate difficulties or seeking longer-term change, Rupinder tailors sessions to each person’s needs. She works collaboratively with clients to help them access their own resources and to make choices that foster greater self-awareness, self-empowerment and effectiveness. She believes clients hold their own answers and her role is to help them find those answers.
Rupinder works with short-term, long-term and telephone clients. Sessions are scheduled weekly, at the same time and in the same place.
