Rose Ashton is a registered member of the BACP, the professional counselling association in the United Kingdom. She is a qualified counsellor and therapist with three years of clinical experience.
She works with people facing a wide range of life challenges, including stress, anxiety, depression, workplace difficulties, family conflict and relationship issues. She also supports clients through grief and bereavement, coping with life changes and transitions, and situations involving domestic abuse.
Her therapeutic style is friendly and compassionate, and she approaches each person with respect, sensitivity and empathy. Her practice is grounded in humanistic theory with a focus on person-centred therapy, and she is trained as an integrative counsellor who can adapt other approaches when they may benefit the client. She tailors conversations and treatment plans to meet each individual’s specific needs.
Rose recognises that taking the first step towards change requires strength and courage. She cannot guarantee the process will be easy, but she offers support when a client is ready to begin. She is a female, non-religious, liberal therapist and looks forward to working with clients.
