Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
My name is Rochelle DiConti and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Substance Use Disorder Professional, with 10 years of clinical experience. I graduated from Eastern Washington University with my Master of Science in Clinical Psychology. I am a Christian counselor and I specialize in work with codependency, problematic relationships, assertiveness training, and addiction treatment with help from 12 Step principles. I primarily use DBT and CBT therapies, but also utilize several other therapeutic approaches. I rely heavily on faith based and 12 Step principles. I have a wide variety of experience in treating trauma, psychosis, depression, anxiety, autism, and have an extensive history in working with military families. I have a very direct communication style and do not believe in beating around the bush, but I have worked hard to present this in a soft and warm manor that’s easy to digest and meets you wherever you’re at in your journey. I have an easy going and calm style. If you choose to work with me, please be prepared for appropriately timed humor and nerd references that will make concepts and tools easier to grasp and remember.
