Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
My mission is to inspire others to live their purpose. For over 25 years, I have coached individuals, couples and families with their relationships. The #1 relationship problem goes beyond communication. It is learning to resolve conflict and getting stronger through it. It is about accepting differences for what they are. Whether you just want a stronger relationship or you are in a crisis and do not know which way to turn, the only thing holding you back right now is probably fear. Ask yourself: What would love do?
I have a passion to help people have happier lives. First and foremost, we must understand ourselves. Our pain that is not resolved does not end when we leave a relationship. We pass them on to our children and we carry them into our next relationships.
It is important for us to have conscious relationships so that our children will have a better chance of being successful in their own relationships. Otherwise we will watch them repeat our mistakes.
A therapeutic relationship mimics our other relationships. It is important that we practice mutual respect. This would include making your therapy appointment a priority just like you would your other relationships and if something comes up and you need to change your appointment (other than an emergency that you cannot control) I ask that you would show enough respect to give at least 24 hours notice so the time can be available for someone else. A therapist must model the bevavior that they coach you to have in your relationships. Therefore, after two no shows or cancellations without 24 hours notice, I will ask you to find another therapist out of respect for myself and my other clients who need the time that you must not value enough. This is a consequence not a punishment.
My latest appointment is 5 P.M. These are available by request.

Dr. Robin Siebold inspires people to pursue their purpose and stronger relationships. For more than 25 years she has coached individuals, couples, and families, and she brings a total of 30 years of professional experience to her work in Florida. Her practice focuses on helping clients resolve conflict, accept differences, and grow stronger through challenges rather than simply improving communication alone.
She works with a broad range of concerns including relationship issues, family conflict, trauma and abuse, intimacy-related matters, parenting challenges, stress, anxiety, grief, anger management, self-esteem difficulties, career struggles, bipolar disorder, depression, coaching needs, compassion fatigue, and ADHD. Her approach centers on first understanding oneself, because unresolved pain often carries forward into new relationships and can be passed on to children.
Dr. Siebold emphasizes the value of conscious relationships as a way to improve outcomes for the next generation and to interrupt patterns that repeat across families. In the therapy room she models mutual respect and asks clients to treat appointments as they would important relationships. She requests at least 24 hours notice for schedule changes when possible, and explains that after two no-shows or cancellations without 24 hours notice she will ask a client to find another therapist – a consequence intended out of respect for herself and other clients rather than as a punishment.
She is licensed to practice as a mental health counselor in Florida, holding state clinical licensure under MH3038, and maintains availability for appointments with the latest session time typically at 5 P.M. by request.
Many people question whether online therapy can make a real difference. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and navigating life transitions, online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person sessions for most situations.
One major benefit is flexibility – clients can meet with their therapist in the way that best fits their routine and comfort level, choosing from video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This range of options helps make therapy easier to schedule and sustain.
All participating therapists are licensed professionals, and clients may change therapists if they decide a different fit would be more helpful. Online therapy offers an accessible way to address everyday mental health and relationship concerns while fitting into busy lives.
