Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I work with clients who experience a wide range of concerns, including stress, depression and anxiety, relationship issues, family conflicts, career challenges and education pressures. I also work with clients who are undergoing a variety of life changes.
The cornerstone of my approach is valuing you as a unique individual. Your experiences are personal to you and felt deepest by you. Sharing them, whether it is for the first time or not, is a big step.
My belief is that, ultimately, each of us knows our own feelings, distresses and issues better than anyone else. However, it is often only through safely expressing them that we can consider their meanings and develop ways of processing them.
My guiding principle then is that each individual knows best what is right for them, and what they need to grow – although, of course, it may not feel like that to begin with!
As such, our sessions would focus on providing a space for you to talk and feel truly heard – unconditionally, empathetically, and confidentially. Through our sessions, I will work alongside you in exploring your emotions and your circumstances, as we seek an outcome that allows you to feel more self-aware, develop lasting growth and able to live the life you truly want.

Many people ask whether online therapy can really help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One major advantage is flexibility – you can connect in the way that suits you best, whether that is a video call, a phone session, live chat or in-app messaging. This range of options makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life.
Therapists offering online sessions are licensed professionals, and you have the option to change therapists if you feel a different fit would be better for you.
