Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
After coming home from two deployments to Fallujah, Iraq and leaving the United States Marine Corps, I decided to join the war on mental health. I’ve worked 13 years in the mental health field and continue to have the same mindset of client centered care mixed with researched therapies offer the best outcomes for improving/decreasing symptoms. All of my clients receive a tailored approach to their individual needs and goals by utilizing multiple therapy modalities. I would love to work with you to develop short- and long-term goals to measure outcomes related to post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), anxiety, depression, stress, insomnia, nightmares, anger management, and couples therapy.
I’m very flexible with scheduling with availability for evenings and weekends. If you have a specific time request, please don’t hesitate to let me know and I will do my best to meet your scheduling needs.

Many people ask whether virtual therapy can genuinely help. For common issues such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or life transitions, online therapy has been found to be as effective as traditional in-person treatment for most people.
A major benefit is scheduling flexibility – clients can meet with a therapist in the format that works best for them, including video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This adaptability makes it easier to maintain consistency in care while fitting therapy into a busy life.
All participating therapists are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to change therapists at any time if they prefer a different fit. Online therapy provides a practical way to access trained therapists and stay engaged in treatment on terms that suit individual needs.
