Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am currently an acute adolescent therapist and I have worked with adolescent ages 12 -17 years old and sometimes younger for the past 7 years providing individual, group and family therapy at a psychiatric facility. Before that I worked with patients of different ages including senior citizens. I have been practicing as a therapist in Oklahoma for the past 11 years. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, OCD and ADHD. I also helped many people who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse.
My counseling style is interactive, receptive and openminded. I was trained, mostly as a cognitive behavioral therapist; however, I am always willing and have used other evidence-based treatments to help my clients and give them the proper treatment they need.
My personal philosophy is to treat everyone with the utmost respect. Being around different people from various cultures and background, I have learned to be sensitive and aware of other people’s needs. I aim to work as hard as I can, with all the tools and resources I can get to help my clients.
I look forward to working with you!

Many people wonder whether online therapy can help with everyday concerns. For common issues such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, research and clinical experience show that remote therapy can be as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One major advantage is flexibility – clients can choose the format that fits their life, whether that is video sessions, phone appointments, live chat, or in-app messaging. This variety makes it easier to attend sessions consistently and to receive support in the way that feels most comfortable.
Therapists offering online care are licensed professionals, and clients may change providers at any time if they prefer a different fit. For many people, online therapy offers a practical, accessible option for addressing mental health and relationship concerns while balancing other responsibilities.
