Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
About me:
I am a qualified therapist currently working online from South London. My service is client-focused and professional with a commitment to creating a warm, accepting and open environment. I offer one to one short and long-term counselling on a weekly basis and am well experienced in working successfully with a wide range of people. Everyone is different and there is no one approach that fits all so I draw on a range of approaches depending on your needs and the time we have.
What’s next?
Get in touch: You can contact me to arrange an initial consultation where we will discuss what has brought you to therapy and your hopes and goals for support. This is also intended to give you the opportunity to decide whether you want to commit to sessions, and if so, whether I am the right therapist for you!
Deciding: Whether it is your first experience of therapy or if it is something you have done before, finding someone you can connect with is a key part of the process. If you decide I am not the right person for you, then I will do my best to consult with you and help advise you in the right direction.
I am trained in adapting therapy to feel more accessible for those with additional needs such as Autism and ADHD. If this is something which applies to you, please get in touch and I will be happy to discuss necessary adjustments for your individual needs and preferences.
Training, qualifications & experience:
– MA in Person-Centred Experiential Counselling and Psychotherapy
– Post Graduate Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Individuals with Autism Spectrum Conditions and Learning Difficulties
– BSc (Hons) in Psychology

Many people ask whether online therapy can really help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person sessions for most situations.
One of the main benefits is flexibility. Individuals can connect with a therapist in the format that suits them best – video calls, phone sessions, live chat or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life.
Therapists offering online work are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to change therapists if they feel a different fit would be better. Online therapy provides an accessible way to receive regular support while maintaining a professional therapeutic relationship.
