Dr. Phyllis Mogielski-Watson, often called Dr. Phyl, is a psychotherapist and licensed professional counselor with 30 years of clinical experience working with teens, adults, and seniors.
She provides psychotherapy and professional supervision and is licensed to practice in Illinois, Colorado, Arizona, and Ohio, with additional certification in alcohol and other drug counseling. Her work has received attention from National Public Radio (NPR) and local cable news.
Dr. Mogielski-Watson’s clinical interests center on health, wellness, and medical concerns, and she helps people manage life stressors and transitions. She supports clients facing stress and anxiety, relationship difficulties, grief and loss, post-partum depression, women’s concerns, multiethnic identity development, recovery from addictions, sleep problems, parenting and family conflicts, trauma and abuse, career challenges, ADHD, bipolar disorder, depression, and other common life adjustments.
