Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hi, my name is Philip.
I have worked with clients for a number of years doing both face-to-face and on-line sessions.
Previously I worked in business but then, due to challenges in my own life, I decided to try talking therapy. Having seen the benefits of this, first hand, I wanted to be able to help others.
Over the years, I have gained a wide range of experience in helping clients with things such as; stress, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship issues, family conflicts, grief and faith.
As well as working with individuals, I also help couples to repair trust, improve communication, and strengthen their emotional intimacy with each other.
From my own experience, I know how difficult it can be to take that first step of reaching out for support. It takes courage to talk to someone else about what is going on in your life, so well done for taking that first step.
It is very humbling to be able to enter into people’s lives and support them, whatever they are going through. I don’t have all of the answers, but I want to help you to find your inner strength, and experience the life which you want.
I look forward to getting to know you and working together.

Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges or adapting to life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is flexibility – clients can connect in the format that feels most accessible, whether that is video calls, phone sessions, live chat or in-app messaging. This versatility makes it easier to fit therapy around work, family and other commitments.
Therapists offering online care are licensed professionals, and if a different fit is needed it is possible to switch to another therapist. For many people, online therapy provides a practical and effective way to access consistent professional support.
