I am a qualified counsellor (MBACP), with experience in working with clients suffering from anxiety, depression, addiction, self-esteem issues, bereavement, panic disorders or just feeling sad.
I have trained in many of the main therapeutic approaches; particularly Humanistic and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), allowing me to provide an approach unique for each person, embracing your needs. I value your uniqueness, individual belief systems or cultural backgrounds.

He is a qualified counsellor (MBACP – member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) with four years of professional experience supporting people facing anxiety, depression, addiction, self-esteem difficulties, bereavement, panic disorders or simply feeling sad.
Peter has trained across several established therapeutic approaches, with particular emphasis on Humanistic therapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). This range of training allows him to adapt the therapeutic approach to the needs of each person while respecting individual belief systems and cultural backgrounds.
