I am a compassionate UK accredited counsellor and clinical supervisor with over 14 years experience of client work across many settings in education, bereavement and agency placements and in private practice. I have many years experience working with challenging family dynamics and relationships, attachments styles of childhood and adult presentations.
Also working with issues surrounding anxiety, stress, low self esteem and self worth, loss and separation and understanding of neurodiversity.
I am an empathic practitioner and am extremely sensitive to difference and diversity having worked across many inner and outer London education services.
I am able to understand the issues with leaving the country of one’s birth and the complex challenges this can bring as the has been my lived experience.
I am a trauma informed practitioner and have experience of offering safe, non judgemental and attentive space to understand and process early traumatic experiences.
The counselling alliance provides you with that space to work through any issues at your own pace, developing insight and awareness leading to change for a better future.
I can also offer a solution focused approach which helps us set goals and encourage you to work on your own resources to find solutions to the areas of distress in your life.
