Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Thinking about starting therapy can feel daunting — but you don’t have to take that step alone.
One of the most important parts of beginning therapy is finding someone you feel safe with. Someone you can trust, who listens without judgment, and who creates a space where you can just be yourself.
That’s what I aim to offer. A calm, confidential environment where you can talk freely and feel truly heard.
I’m a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), which means I work within a trusted ethical framework designed to protect and support you. My approach is always gentle, respectful, and centred around you — your pace, your needs, your story.
Alongside my private practice, I also work with two UK charities. Over the years, I’ve supported clients through organisations such as Age Concern, AXA Health, MindWorks, and the Wandsworth Bereavement Counselling Service (NHS). This experience has helped me work with people facing all sorts of life’s challenges, from many different walks of life.
I’m trained in both person-centred and psychodynamic therapy. This means we can explore what’s going on for you now, while also gently looking at past experiences that may still be affecting how you feel today.
If you’re thinking about taking that first step, I’d be happy to talk things through.
You’re very welcome to get in touch whenever you feel ready.

Many people wonder whether connecting with a therapist online can really help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions.
One of the main advantages is flexibility – clients can choose the mode of contact that fits their needs, whether that is video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This adaptability makes it easier to weave therapy into a busy routine.
Therapists offering online work are licensed professionals, and if someone decides they would like a different fit they can switch therapists at any time. For many people, online therapy provides an accessible, effective way to get support for everyday mental health concerns.
