Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am licensed in the UK with over 1,500 clinical hours. I have experience in helping people who have suffered trauma and abuse which has manifested into depression, anxiety and addiction. A number of my client’s come to me who suffer from eating disorders including anorexia, atypical anorexia and bulimia. I would argue that there are many elements of addictive behaviours surrounding eating disorders. Whilst the profession has named many types of mental health disorders, I find, that to get to the root of the issues, it is key to put the template aside, and work with each person, taking into account, their individuality and uniqueness.
Having worked in television and media for 20 + years in both the UK and USA at a senior level, I chose to retrain as a psychotherapist and use my skills at connecting and understanding the human condition to guide people. I received my diploma in Therapeutic Counselling in London and did my degree at The Metanoia Institute. I received a 2:1 (Hons). I am now working on my Masters and King’s College, London in Neuroscience & Psychology.
I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. Taking the first step to sign up for therapy can take courage, and working on yourself can bring more enlightenment and emotional nourishment than you can ever possibly imagine.
