Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a qualified integrative counsellor, registered in the UK.
My approach is sensitive and supportive and I will work collaboratively together with you, placing emphasis on building a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship.
I am passionate about providing you with the space to feel heard and speak your truth. I have a passion for helping others and to help them to increase their self awareness, gain insights to bring about change and challenge those self limiting beliefs. I believe that therapy is personal and unique and getting the right relationship and fit is very important. My goal is to make you feel comfortable and no longer alone in sorting through your feelings, emotions, thoughts, and experiences.
I specialise and work with my clients to overcome a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, low self esteem, bereavement, trauma, and more. Life can often throw us off track and throughout the passage of time different transitions can occur. These can be anything from positive life transitions, such as having a baby, moving house or areas to a career change, children growing up, perimenopause/menopause and even a diagnosis such as ADHD can create a sense of overwhelm and stress. Experiencing feelings of anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and hopelessness can leave you feeling not really sure of who you are.
Change can feel daunting, but therapy can help you develop deeper self-awareness, challenge limiting beliefs, and find the resilience to move forward. My integrative approach draws from evidence-based techniques such as CBT, tailored to meet your unique needs.
How counselling can help
Whether you are struggling with a specific issue or simply seeking support and guidance, I can help you find the strength and resilience you need to move forward. With my support, you can overcome the obstacles that are holding you back. My approach to therapy is grounded in compassion, empathy, and a deep understanding of the unique needs of each client.
Learning to identify, acknowledge and talk about your feelings can give you the freedom to really take control of your life and deal with any life challenges in a more positive and proactive way.
We are the experts of our own lives, but sometimes we need help unlocking our potential. My goal is to empower you to embrace your individuality, break free from what’s holding you back, and create a life that feels fulfilling and authentic to you.
Taking the first step to sign up for therapy can take courage and I am here to support you in that process.

For many common concerns – such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties or navigating life transitions – online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person sessions. It can offer comparable support for those seeking help with everyday mental health challenges.
One of the main benefits is flexibility. Clients can connect in the way that suits them best – by video call, phone, live chat or in-app messaging – making it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule and to maintain continuity of care when life feels unpredictable.
Each therapist offering online sessions is a licensed professional, and clients have the option to change therapists if they need a different fit. This adaptability can make it simpler to access consistent therapeutic support without the constraints of location.
