Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a professionally qualified integrative counsellor and psychotherapist. I combine working psychodynamically with a client-centred approach and I can support you as the client to identify repeating patterns from the past that can sometimes act as a defence mechanism that may no longer serve you. I believe that you are the expert within your life, and I am the ‘airport’ that provides support and tools for different parts of your journey in life.
I have 15 years’ experience working within mental health with children and families. I have worked with a diverse range of people with an array of needs, life changing disabilities and complex trauma. I have worked within the NHS, UK charities, family justice services and the local authority.
If you are feeling lost, displaced, anxious or lonely or feeling deep sadness due to the loss of a loved one? These feelings can be overwhelming and can cause you to become stuck. As you navigate through unprecedented times, the feelings may be heightened and cause you to feel triggered, isolated or scared of going back to normal everyday life. These feelings are perfectly normal and, often, having a safe confidential space to explore them can provide much needed relief for you.
I understand that your experience of the world is unique as an individual, and this comes with different challenges as well strengths and gifts. I believe in the fundamental importance of working together in a relationship that enables you to explore your story in a safe and confidential way. By doing so, I also believe that our relationship will be the building block to help you develop a safe relationship with yourself.
I will provide an empathic ear, I will never judge your experience and I will ensure that our space is confidential. I will provide you with the tools to support your journey and I will treat you with unconditional, positive regard.

She helps clients identify repeating patterns from the past that can act as defence mechanisms and may no longer serve them.
She holds the view that each person is the expert in their own life and describes her role as an “airport” – a supportive place that offers tools and guidance for different parts of a person’s journey. Olapeju has 10 years of experience providing therapy and 15 years’ experience working within mental health with children and families.
Her background includes work in the NHS, UK charities, family justice services and the local authority, and she has supported a diverse range of people with varied needs, life-changing disabilities and complex trauma. Olapeju appreciates that each person’s experience of the world is unique, bringing different challenges as well as strengths and gifts. She emphasises the importance of a collaborative relationship that enables exploration of a client’s story in a safe and confidential way, believing that this relationship can become the foundation for developing a trusting relationship with oneself.

Many people ask whether receiving therapy online can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One of the main benefits is flexibility – individuals can connect in the way that suits them best, whether by video call, phone session, live chat or in-app messaging. This range of options makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life.
All participating therapists are licensed professionals, and clients can change therapists at any time if they prefer a different fit. For many people, online therapy offers an accessible and effective path to address everyday mental health concerns.
