Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hello, my name is Norma. Welcome to my site. I am a qualified counsellor with the BACP (British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy) in the UK. I work within several models of therapy to ensure that our work together is tailoured to your needs. Life can bring many changes and challenges that require help and support. I work with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, grief and loss, career changes, or family changes. I have many years experience of supporting clients through the loss of their loved ones to suicide. Initially as a helpline volunteer and as a licensed therapist. I provide an open and safe environment for thoughts and feelings to be explored and expressed at your pace. Having this space and time to focus on yourself can help bring clarity and what can be overwhelming more manageable. Friends and family may be very good listeners and good support but somethings may feel too uncomfortable to share. Taking the first step towards therapy can be a very difficult decision. I am glad you have taken this step.

Many people wonder whether online therapy can genuinely make a difference. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties or navigating life changes, online therapy is comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions.
A key advantage is flexibility. You can connect with a therapist in the way that suits you best – via video calls, phone sessions, live chat or in-app messaging. That flexibility often makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy routine.
Therapists offering online care are licensed professionals, and you may change therapists at any time if you want a different match. For many people dealing with everyday mental health challenges, online therapy provides an accessible and effective option for support.
