Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a Marriage and Family Therapist licensed in Mass. As a non- traditional student I graduated at 50 with my Masters Degree so I only have over 3 years experience in the field but vast life experiences to add to my resume. Most of my experiences is families working on communication, de-escalation techniques, relationship issues, depression, anxiety and coping skills are what I can help you with. I also have been working with teens for several year.
I’m an eclectic therapist who likes to add humor to therapy, I want you to enjoy your session and feel that it’s easy to talk to me and I was helpful. I believe everyone deserves respect and an opportunity to share their story. One of the biggest things I learned as a non-traditional college student is how to ask for help, it’s not easy and I totally get that. It’s not when you decide to do something, it’s that you did it.

Many people wonder whether remote therapy truly helps. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person sessions for most people.
A key benefit is flexibility – clients can connect in the format that best fits their needs, whether by video call, phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging. That ease of access can make it simpler to weave therapy into a busy schedule.
Therapists offering online care are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to switch therapists if they feel a different fit would be better. For many, online therapy provides a practical and effective way to address everyday mental health and relationship concerns.
