Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am licensed in both North Carolina, South Carolina, and New York with 12 years of professional work experience. I have worked in a variety of settings such as school settings with children and adolescents, substance abuse facilities, outpatient facilities, inpatient/hospital behavioral health units, crisis call centers, and private practice settings. I have experience in helping clients with depression, stress and anxiety, coping with addictions, trauma and abuse, & motivation, self esteem, and confidence, as well as a variety of other life stressors. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. Taking the first step to sign up for therapy can take courage and I am proud of you for getting started! During our first couple of sessions, I like to build a strong foundation with my clients and really get a sense of who they are and what they hope to accomplish. From there, we can work together on setting and achieving goals, processing difficult emotions together, and coming up with coping skills to utilize. I hope to talk to you soon!
