Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in Montana. I have been working in Comprehensive School and Community Treatment (CSCT) for over 3 years. This program is school based and works with children and their families. I have helped them with trauma, abuse, depression, anxiety, reactive attachment disorder, addiction, behavior issues, parenting issues, identity issues, relationship issues, etc.
I have training in EMDR, Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI), Sensory Motor Arousal Regulation Treatment (SMART), and I am currently working on getting training in Biblical Counseling. I have a strict “no judging” policy and my goal is to provide a space that is open and honest. Others have described me as open, honest and easy to talk to. Dealing with your “stuff” is hard work and it takes commitment and grit. I won’t ask you to do something I haven’t done myself. My goal to build a trusting relationship with you that is supportive and offer tools and insight to work through those issues so you can have the life you desire. I look forward to working with you!

For many common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been found to be as effective as traditional in-person sessions. It can be a practical option for people seeking support for everyday mental health needs.
One major benefit is flexibility – clients can meet with a therapist in the format that suits them best, whether by video call, phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging. That flexibility can make it easier to fit consistent care into a busy schedule.
All therapists are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to change therapists if they need a different fit. For many people, online therapy offers an accessible and effective way to work on stress, anxiety, depression, relationships, and life transitions.
