Many people wonder whether online therapy can genuinely help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One of the main advantages is flexibility - clients can connect in the way that feels most comfortable, choosing between video calls, phone sessions, live chat or in-app messaging. This variety of options often makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule.
Therapists are licensed professionals, and clients may switch therapists at any time if they would like a different fit.
