Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a licensed clinical social worker licensed in Indiana with 8 years of experience working as a psychocounselor and life coach. I graduated from the University of Southern Indiana in 2016. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, coping with life changes, addictions, and mood disorders. I have worked in community mental health with varied experience as well as work within the criminal justice system with current offenders, and ex-offenders. My experience includes working with singles, couples, families, teenagers, adults, LGBT and groups.
My counseling style is warn and interactive. I believe in treating clients with respect, compassion, and empathy while adding value to their lives. I am also a Christian Counselor and offer these values and perspectives to clients as well. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, motivational interviewing, mindfulness and mediation, emotionally focused techniques and psychodynamic treatment. I will tailor our dialogue and treatment to meet your specific and unique needs. My goal is to provide you with insight, tools, and techniques to help you gain self awareness to help you create lasting change.
I believe we can use the difficult people and difficult times in our lives to help us change and grow personally, or we can allow them to keep us stuck where we are. I also understand change requires courage. If you are willing to take a step toward making changes in your life, I am here to connect with you on your journey to create lasting change. A little about me: I am also a certified teacher, speaker, trainer, and coach trained by the John Maxwell Team. I enjoy learning new things and working on ways to become the best version of myself as well.
I look forward to working with you!

For many common concerns—such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life transitions—online therapy can be as effective as traditional in-person sessions. It offers a practical option for people seeking support for everyday mental health needs and relationship issues.
One of the main benefits is flexibility. Clients can connect in the format that fits their life best, whether through video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This convenience makes it easier to maintain consistency and access care when schedules or circumstances change.
Online therapy is delivered by licensed professionals, and clients have the option to change therapists if they need a different fit. For many people, remote sessions provide a straightforward way to engage in meaningful therapeutic work without sacrificing clinical quality.
