Hi, I am passionate about helping you discover new ways of overcoming your challenges. I am a Registered Counsellor and a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and the Association of Christian Counsellors (ACC). I work as a Person-Centred Counsellor and integrate other therapies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Solution Focused Brief Therapy.
With over 7 years of experience, I have worked with adults to overcome various issues including depression, anxiety, bereavement, relationship issues, addictions, trauma, low self-esteem, separation & divorce, sexual abuse, self-harm, etc. both in long term and short-term therapy. The therapy I offer is tailored to suit your needs as I appreciate and respect your individuality. I will work at your own pace and provide a non-judgemental and confidential safe space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings.

Nancy Woliter is a Registered Counsellor with nine years of professional experience, and she holds membership of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and the Association of Christian Counsellors (ACC). She practises as a Person-Centred Counsellor and blends that approach with Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Solution Focused Brief Therapy when appropriate.
