Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Alabama with over twenty-five years of experiences working with teens, families and adults. I have had the opportunity to work in a variety of settings. I have worked with clients with many different concerns including; anxiety, depression, stress, relationship issues, ADHD, and anger management. In working with clients I use different forms of therapy as needed. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Person Centered and Relational therapy are all ways we work together to help you make positive changes in your life.
It is my belief that our relationship must be open and honest in order for you to make the most progress in therapy and work towards change. I want to help you make changes that improve your current issues and also teach you skills to apply to any future concerns. Teaching you to recognize and how to handle lapses in progress and improvement and what to do to get back on track are also important goals for me in working with you. Change is hard but together we can make positive changes for your life and future!

Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly make a difference. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is flexibility – clients can connect in the way that feels most comfortable, whether by video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This variety of options makes it simpler to fit therapy into daily life.
Licensed professionals provide online therapy, and clients may switch therapists if they prefer a different fit. For many individuals, online therapy offers convenient access to skilled support for typical mental health concerns.
