Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
“Don’t let your struggle become your identity.”
I am a professional counselor licensed in South Carolina with over 3 years of experience working as a therapist and life coach. I work primarily with adults who struggle with trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship and communication issues, sexuality and LGBTQ+ concerns, however I have experience working with a variety of different ages and presenting concerns. I graduated from the University of South Carolina with a Ed.S. degree in Counselor Education with a specialization in marriage and family. In the next few years, I hope to gain more certifications in trauma treatment and sex therapy.
I believe therapy works best when it is tailored to each person meaning I will work with you to figure out the goals and approaches to make it the best experience for you. Everyone’s story is different and your journey will be different too. I am a very warm and jokey person which you will learn very soon! I tend to blend CBT and Client Centered Therapy with mindfulness in a way that suits your own goals.
In my spare time, I love watching all types of movies (mainly thrillers and horror movies) and cuddling with my two cats, Twinkie and Cookie. Hoping to add a Weiner dog to the mix!
It takes a tremendous amount of courage to take the first steps towards changing your life. I am here to support and guide you on that path to a fuller and happier life. I look forward to working with you!

For many common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and life transitions, virtual therapy can be as effective as traditional in-person care. Research and clinical experience indicate that these types of concerns often respond well to remote sessions, making online treatment a practical option for many people.
A major benefit of online therapy is flexibility. Individuals can choose the format that works best for them, whether that is video sessions, phone appointments, live chat, or in-app messaging. This range of options makes it easier to fit counseling into a busy schedule and to engage in whichever mode feels most comfortable.
Online therapy is provided by licensed professionals and therapists, and you have the option to seek a different provider if you need a better fit. For many people, remote therapy offers an accessible and adaptable way to address emotional and relational challenges while maintaining continuity of care.
