Many people wonder whether online therapy can make a real difference. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One of the main benefits is flexibility – you can connect with a therapist in the way that feels most comfortable, whether by video call, phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life.
Each therapist is a licensed professional, and you have the option to switch therapists at any time if you would prefer a different fit.
