Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Are you ready to create lasting change and unlock your fullest potential? As a compassionate therapist with over 10 years of experience, I specialize in helping individuals navigate anxiety, PTSD, depression, relationship challenges, family conflicts, self-esteem issues, and more. My approach is client-centered, and I work collaboratively with you to set goals, identify obstacles, and implement strategies for growth. Whether you’re struggling with motivation or seeking to build confidence, I am here to support you every step of the way.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Texas and a certified Trauma Sensitive Yoga facilitator, offering a unique and holistic approach to healing. I also have a background as a Health and Wellbeing Coach, which allows me to incorporate a variety of tools and modalities into our work together. If you’re interested, I can weave trauma-sensitive yoga into our sessions to support emotional healing, grounding, and relaxation—an offering that sets me apart and is beneficial for those dealing with PTSD, military trauma, or sexual abuse trauma.
I believe in meeting you exactly where you are. During our sessions, I will actively listen, provide a nonjudgmental space, and adapt our treatment plan to fit your unique needs. The first session will focus on getting to know you, discussing your goals, and understanding your past experiences with therapy. I draw on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you challenge unhelpful thought patterns and create lasting behavior changes. From there, we will set actionable goals, track progress, and adapt as needed.
My goal is to empower you to take control of your life, making space for healing, growth, and positive change. Together, we will work to integrate your values into your goals, helping you to achieve a more balanced and fulfilling life.
If you’re ready to begin your journey, I would love to walk alongside you. Let’s get started today!

Meagan Price is a compassionate, client-centered therapist with 6 years of experience helping people address stress, anxiety, PTSD, depression, relationship challenges, family conflicts, and self-esteem concerns. She practices as a female therapist in Texas and works collaboratively with each person to set realistic goals, identify barriers, and develop practical strategies for change.
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Texas (TX LCSW 66806), Meagan draws on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help clients examine unhelpful thought patterns and build lasting behavior changes. She also brings training as a certified Trauma Sensitive Yoga facilitator and experience as a Health and Wellbeing Coach, allowing her to offer a complementary, holistic approach when appropriate. If desired, she can incorporate trauma-sensitive yoga into sessions to support grounding, relaxation, and emotional regulation for those coping with PTSD, military trauma, or sexual abuse trauma.
During initial sessions Meagan focuses on listening and understanding each person’s goals and past experiences with therapy, then tailors a treatment plan that fits their needs. Her aim is to empower clients to take control of their lives, integrate their values into meaningful goals, and create space for healing, growth, and greater balance. She is available to walk alongside individuals ready to begin that process and will adapt the work as progress unfolds.
Many people wonder whether meeting with a therapist online can truly help. For a range of common concerns – including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and life transitions – online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One of the clearest benefits is flexibility. Individuals can connect with a therapist in the format that suits them best – video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging – making it easier to fit care into a busy schedule.
These services are provided by licensed professionals, and if someone decides a different therapeutic fit would be better, they can switch therapists. Online therapy offers an accessible option for many people seeking support for everyday mental health concerns.
