Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
My name is Mary Goggin. Using my many years of life experience, and numerous hours of helping people just like you, I am here to support you without telling you what to do. I listen in complete confidentiality, without judgement, allowing you the space to work through your thoughts and feelings and find your own path to peace of mind, and to find a clear way forward.
As a fully qualified Psychotherapeutic counsellor I am able to use techniques and tools from different modalities to tailor an individual approach for you. I may, on occasion, give information or prompt the exploration of different ways of thinking.
We will agree on goals to be worked towards in counselling, and together we will assess progress and address any obstacles. I believe understanding the roots of your distresses or triggers and how you feel can help you set goals and develop new habits to improve your self-worth and enjoyment of your life.
I am an Accredited Anxiety UK therapist and a director of I’m all ears Community Intrest Company, which offers a free or low-cost service to a local community.

Many people wonder whether online therapy can make a real difference. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties or managing life changes, research and practice indicate that online therapy can be as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is flexibility – you can connect in the way that suits you best, whether that is video calls, phone sessions, live chat or in-app messaging. This flexibility often makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life.
Licensed professionals deliver online therapy, and if you decide you would like a different fit you can switch therapists at any time. For many people, online therapy provides an accessible, practical route to consistent support and progress.
