Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
My name is Mary ‘Beth’ Fisher Sanders and I go by ‘Beth Sanders’. I have practiced for over 30 years and am a licensed clinical social worker with certifications that reflect extensive background in addictions and other mental health issues. I have also worked for most of my career with a focus on families and couples. My approach is relational. There are as many approaches to therapy as there are therapists – if we align to work together my role is to empower you to reach your goals, to help you identify the assets and barriers to doing so, and perhaps teach some healthy coping and communication strategies as well. I consider the journey to self awareness and understanding a sacred journey, and one that is vital for desired change. Time is a precious commodity, and I will challenge you to maximize yours to achieve desired results. Additionally, it is a process that I myself continue to do, so be assured that there is nothing that I will ask you to do that I have not done myself. While I do not claim to be a religiously based therapist, please know that there is a spiritual foundation in my approach and I will meet you whereever you are in your spirituality, whatever that means to you. I consider it a great honor to know the deepest parts of those that I walk and work with, and will help you lift up and strengthen the best parts of you.

She has focused much of her career on families and couples while also developing extensive expertise in addictions and a wide range of mental health concerns including stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, eating and sleeping disorders, bipolar disorder, and issues related to intimacy and parenting.

She regards the journey to self-awareness and understanding as a deeply meaningful process that is essential for creating desired change, and she expects clients to use their time intentionally toward measurable results.

Many people wonder whether remote therapy can produce meaningful results. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been found to be as effective as traditional in-person sessions for most people.
One of the main benefits is flexibility – clients can connect in the manner that suits them best, whether by video call, phone, live chat, or in-app messaging. That flexibility makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule and maintain continuity of care.
All participating therapists are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to switch therapists at any time if they seek a different therapeutic fit. For many, online therapy provides an accessible and practical way to pursue mental health support without sacrificing quality of care.
