I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Minnesota and Wisconsin. I have worked in the counseling field for over 30 years. I have an additional Masters Degree in Theology and a Pastoral Ministry Certificate. I have a national certification as a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor. I am trained in A-R-T/ Accelerated Resolution Therapy.
I am experienced in working with depression, anxiety, relationship and parenting issues, job and workplace issues, emotional abuse, chronic illness and life stage changes. My counseling style is caring and interactive. I am client centered and solution focused. I take a holistic approach of Mind-Body-Spirit. I offer Christian Counseling. I believe in treating each person with respect, kindness, working as a team, and empowering you with skills to move forward on your journey.

Dr. Mary Del Vecchio is a licensed professional counselor practicing in Minnesota with more than 30 years of experience in the counseling field. She combines clinical training with advanced theological study, holding a master’s degree in Theology and a Pastoral Ministry Certificate, and she also holds a national certification as a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor. In addition, Dr. Del Vecchio is trained in A-R-T (Accelerated Resolution Therapy).
Her areas of focus include stress and anxiety, depression, relationship and parenting concerns, family conflict, coping with life changes, addictions, trauma and abuse, grief, intimacy and sleeping disorders, career and workplace difficulties, ADHD, bipolar disorder, and compassion fatigue. Dr. Del Vecchio uses a caring, interactive, client-centered and solution-focused approach, integrating a holistic mind-body-spirit perspective into her work. She also offers Christian counseling for clients who prefer that orientation.
