Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hello There! My name is Katie…
Thank you for taking to time to take a look at my profile. First of all congrats to you for reaching out for some guidance. It may sound cliche’, but asking for help can truly be one of the most difficult parts of the healing process.
I am a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC). I’ve been providing counseling, training, teaching, and coaching in the Western New York region for over 20 years. Though I have worked with children, families, and individuals in a variety of different settings, my approach is always the same. No judgment, a complete empathic approach, and genuine regard for who it is I am working with. I have been privileged to work with individuals from all walks of life struggling with challenges ranging from trauma, grief, life transitions, as well as managing long term mental health diagnoses. I consider it to be an honor to stand by one’s side and help them untangle their thoughts and emotions as they continue on life’s journey.
I hope to share that journey with you…

For many common concerns – including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and major life changes – online therapy can be an effective alternative to traditional in-person care. Research and practice indicate that, for these issues, remote sessions often produce outcomes comparable to face-to-face therapy.
One major benefit is convenience and flexibility. People can meet with a therapist using the format that feels most comfortable, whether via video call, phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging. That flexibility makes it easier to integrate therapy into a busy schedule and maintain continuity of care.
All therapists offering online services are licensed professionals, and clients may choose to switch therapists at any time if they want a different fit. For many individuals, the combination of proven effectiveness and scheduling flexibility makes online therapy a practical and accessible option for addressing mental health and life challenges.
