Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I see counseling as a collaborative process in which my clients and I work together to promote feelings of hope, healing, and empowerment. This process is done by creating a safe and trusting environment in which the client and I work together to identify goals; improve communication and coping skills; strengthen self-esteem; and create a sense of autonomy. I have experience helping clients of all ages in areas such as trauma, anxiety, depression, emotion regulation, family stress, and behavioral concerns.
I believe in approaching the counseling relationship in the way that best fits the needs of each individual client. I have received extra training in EMDR (Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Compassion Fatigue, and childhood and adult trauma processing.
I received a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Louisiana Tech University, and a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Louisiana Tech University. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Louisiana.

Many people wonder whether online therapy can make a real difference. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is flexibility – you can connect with a therapist in the format that fits your life, whether via video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This variety of options makes it easier to maintain continuity of care even when schedules or circumstances change.
Licensed professionals provide online therapy, and if you find you would prefer a different therapeutic fit, it is possible to switch to another therapist at any time.
