Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hi! I’m going to tell you a little bit about my background as I know choosing a counselor can be daunting. I am a licensed mental health counselor. I have an undergraduate degree in Psychology from Indiana University and a Master Degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of Louisville. I have served over the years an ethnically and culturally diverse population. I work with all ages in private practice regarding many different concerns anything from: severe mental illness, complex trauma, PTSD, struggling with life changes or direction, family related distress, Parenting and developmental concerns, and couples counseling to name a few. Over the past 5 years I have worked with students (K-12) in a school setting as well, tackling again many different concerns such as: ADHD, Autism, mood disorders, family concerns, bullying, LGBTQ+, depression, anxiety, and more.
I practice trauma informed care in everything I do, as my background is in trauma treatment specifically. I am comfortable working with dual-diagnosis or co-occurring disorders. I approach each and every client with dignity and respect. I am easy to talk to always with the goal to create a safe and non-judging environment. I want to meet clients where they are at presently and work at a pace that is comfortable for them towards their desired conclusion or goal(s).
I know that trusting a stranger with your biggest struggles is a difficult thing to do. I firmly believe that a good relationship (therapeutic alliance) between the counselor and client is essential for a successful outcome. I work very hard to respect these truths and provide the help that is needed in a very authentic and genuine way.

Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns like stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or adjusting to life changes, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions.
A key benefit is flexibility – clients can connect in the way that fits their schedule and comfort level, whether that’s a video call, a phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging. This adaptability often makes it easier to maintain consistent care amid busy lives.
Therapists who provide online services are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to change therapists if they need a different fit. For many people, online therapy offers an accessible and practical way to engage with professional mental health support while balancing other commitments.
