Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Welcome to my page. My name is Marianne and I am a professional Therapist with over 4 years professional experience.
Finding the right therapist can feel daunting. Someone who you can relate to, connect with and trust can take time. One of my attributes is my ability to connect and empathise. I feel that the single most important thing when having therapy is building a firm and trusting relationship.
I have worked in education, with carers (parent, young carers, spousal and care for the elderly), creative industries and transport to name but a few areas. I am also a firm believer in creativity as part of therapy.
Areas I can help with are burn out, stress and anxiety, depression, compassion fatigue, relationship issues, self confidence and self-esteem, motivation, managing life changes & career difficulties, loss and ambiguous loss. I can also support people with stage fright, living with uncertainty and imposter syndrome.
Please note my level of proficiency is with British Sign Language (BSL) and not ASL.
This is only a snapshot of where I can assist. Please do get in touch with whatever is on your mind and we can build from there.
Also remember, therapy is also about self exploration as well as examining and overcoming life’s difficulties.
I passionately believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change.
Remember, therapy is for everyone and I am here to support & empower you in that journey. I welcome you to get in touch as I would like to hear from you with whatever is on your mind.

Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person sessions for most people.
One major benefit is flexibility – clients can connect in the way that suits them best, whether via video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to fit therapy into busy schedules or to access support from different locations.
All therapists are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to change therapists if they feel a different fit would be helpful. For many, online therapy provides a practical and effective route to consistent, professional support.
