Her approach is eclectic and tailored to each client, drawing on methods such as Motivational Interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and the Gottman Method for couples. Many people question whether virtual therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, or adjusting to life changes, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions.
A major benefit is convenience – individuals can connect in the format that works best for them, including video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility often makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule.
All participating therapists are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to change therapists if they want a different fit. For many people, remote therapy provides an accessible and effective path to addressing everyday mental health and relationship concerns.
