Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a UK-based, licensed BACP accredited counsellor with over 3 years of professional experience supporting adults through a wide range of emotional, relational and life challenges. The foundation for my approach is person-centred, meaning that you set the pace and direction of our work together, but I also offer CBT and Hypnotherapy.
I offer a calm, supportive space where you can talk openly, explore what’s happening beneath the surface, and begin to make sense of your thoughts and feelings without pressure or judgement.
Clients come to me for many different reasons — anxiety, burnout, low mood, relationship difficulties, identity questions, understanding neurodivergence, family stress, or simply feeling stuck or disconnected from themselves. Whatever you are facing, you don’t have to navigate it alone. I believe deeply in people’s capacity to grow, heal and rediscover their own strength when they feel understood and truly heard.
My style is warm, steady and collaborative. I work alongside you rather than directing or diagnosing, helping you explore patterns, build self-awareness, and reconnect with what matters most to you. Whether you’re going through a difficult period, seeking clarity, or wanting a space to reflect and breathe, therapy can offer the support you need.
If you’d like to explore whether we might be a good fit, I’m here when you’re ready.
