Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Clients often tell me they value having a space to offload, slow down, make sense of what they’re feeling, and break things down into manageable steps. I’m Luke, an accredited counsellor, and I offer a safe, understanding space where you can explore what’s been weighing on you and find ways to move forward at your pace and in a way that feels right for you.
Therapy with me can be warm and reflective, gently challenging and goal focused, or creative and explorative, depending on what you need. I’ll meet you where you are.
I’m particularly interested in how our relationships, with others and ourselves, shape our lives. I use a flexible, integrative approach, drawing from coaching, Compassionate Inquiry, person centred therapy, Gestalt, Transactional Analysis, Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and relational work to support you in building self awareness, exploring patterns, finding clarity, or developing coping strategies.
I also bring lived experience as a gay, neurodivergent (ADHD, dyslexic) person, and I know how important it is to feel understood and accepted, especially when life feels overwhelming.
In our first session, we’ll take time to get to know each other, your interests, your work, what you’re going through, and what you might like from therapy. No pressure, just a space for you to be you.

Luke takes a flexible, integrative approach, drawing on coaching, Compassionate Inquiry, person centred therapy, Gestalt, Transactional Analysis, Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and relational work. These methods are used to help build self-awareness, explore repeating patterns, gain clarity, and develop practical coping strategies.
He also brings lived experience as a gay, neurodivergent person – living with ADHD and dyslexia – and understands how important it is to feel understood and accepted when life feels difficult. That perspective informs his work and his focus on creating an accepting therapeutic space.
In the first session Luke will take time to get to know a client’s interests, work, current concerns, and what they might want from therapy. There is no pressure – the initial meeting is simply a space to begin exploring what will help the individual move forward.
Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
A major benefit is flexibility – clients can connect in the way that suits them best, whether by video call, phone, live chat, or in-app messaging. This range of options makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life.
All therapists are licensed professionals, and if someone feels a different match would be better they can switch to another therapist at any time. For many people, online therapy provides an accessible, effective route to support and practical strategies for everyday concerns.
