Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
First of all I would like to commend you for reaching out for guidance and support . Navigating and exploring your inner world in order to uncover the wisdom and true power we hold within ourselves can feel, at times, like a daunting prospect however with someone holding space in a non judgemental manner whilst you share your narrative, the path that helps us evolve beyond our current limitations can be truly liberating.
I am an Integrative Therapist, meaning I draw from many psychological disciplines in my work together with you. I am also a Neuro-Linguistic Programming Practitioner and Life Coach as well as a Clinical Supervisor and I have ten years experience of facilitating change in clients.
I would consider myself spiritually awake and aware and am conscious of the impact the outer world (macrocosm) is currently having on our inner world (microcosm) and daily lives.
I wish you success on your healing journey and please feel free to connect with me to discover if we would therapeutically align in co-constructing a more purposeful, fulfilling and empowered future for your good self.

Lucy Ainger recognises the courage it takes to seek guidance and support. Exploring one’s inner world to uncover personal wisdom and strength can feel daunting, yet when someone offers non-judgemental space for a person to share their story, new pathways beyond current limitations often become possible.
She works as an Integrative Therapist, drawing on a range of psychological approaches to tailor therapy to each individual. Lucy is also a Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner and a Life Coach, and she provides clinical supervision. Across nine years of professional practice she has supported clients in facilitating meaningful change.
Lucy describes herself as spiritually awake and aware, and she is attentive to how the outer world – the macrocosm – influences the inner world – the microcosm – and everyday experience.
She welcomes contact from anyone wanting to explore whether they might align therapeutically, and to collaborate in co-constructing a more purposeful, fulfilling and empowered future.
Many people ask whether online therapy can truly help. For a range of common concerns – such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or major life transitions – online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional face-to-face sessions for many individuals.
One major benefit is flexibility. People can connect in the format that suits them best: video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy routine and to engage in care in a way that feels comfortable.
All participating practitioners are licensed professionals, and clients may choose to switch therapists at any time if they prefer a different therapeutic fit.
