Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hello and welcome
I am a registered Person-Centred Counsellor in the UK and I am passionate about improving mental health and well-being.
I have experience in helping clients with depression, stress, anxiety, low mood, family relationship issues, eating/food issues, grief, dissocation, loss, motivation, low self esteem, and lack of confidence. I also have experience working with clients who may be struggling with life changes, unexpected significant changes, and relationship issues.
I offer my clients a safe and confidential environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared and discussed without judgment so that you can share with me what’s going on for you or what you would like to work through.
Taking the first step to seek counselling or therapy can take courage, but it has the potential to offer you a more fulfilling and happier life. I am here to help and support you in that process.
I will look forward to hearing from you soon.

Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly make a difference. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
A key advantage is flexibility – clients can connect in the format that feels most comfortable, whether via video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility can make it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule.
Therapists offering online sessions are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to switch therapists if they would like a different fit.
