Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hello and Welcome! I am glad that you are here.
I am a Licensed Psychologist in Minnesota. For over 25 years, I have worked as a therapist with many clients with various issues, including anxiety, depression, stress management, relationship issues, parenting problems, grief and loss, and trauma.
My counseling style is warm and supportive. I use a person-centered approach focusing on the individual’s strengths. Identifying one’s strengths and coping skills that can be used to help work through various issues is an essential part of my therapy approach. I believe in building a relationship that is trusting, respectful, and comfortable. I will work with you on achieving your goals and getting what you want out of therapy. I believe that each individual can overcome struggles. Sometimes, having additional support in therapy can help identify better and recognize the coping skills and strengths they already possess.
My hours are generally 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday-Thursday and until 3:00 pm on Friday. I like to start this process with an intake to make sure that we are a good match. I ask that you do not schedule an appointment until this short process is completed.
You have taken the first step in your journey to being a happier, healthier you. I would be honored to assist you on this journey.

Many people question whether online therapy makes a real difference. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions.
A major benefit of remote care is convenience. Clients can connect with therapists in the format that suits them best – video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging – which makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life.
Each therapist is a licensed professional, and clients have the option to change therapists if they prefer a different fit. Online therapy offers a flexible, professional way to pursue support for many everyday mental health challenges.
