Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hi, I’m a qualified integrative therapist based in the UK, and I’m here to support you through whatever life is throwing your way.
With over three years of experience, I’ve worked with clients facing challenges such as anxiety, stress, trauma, low self-esteem, grief, depression, and major life transitions. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling stuck in people-pleasing patterns, struggling with boundaries, or trying to rebuild their confidence after difficult or emotionally unhealthy relationships.
My integrative approach draws from Person-Centred Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and mindfulness-based techniques. This means our work together can be both compassionate and practical — helping you make sense of your emotions while also developing healthier coping strategies and ways of thinking.
Clients often tell me they feel truly heard, supported, and more able to face life’s challenges after our sessions. I believe you already have the inner strength to heal and grow — my role is to walk alongside you as you reconnect with it, at your own pace.
I have a particular passion for helping women recover from emotionally abusive or toxic relationships, rebuild their self-worth, and feel confident in setting healthy boundaries. I also support those experiencing burnout, anxiety, or loss of identity during times of change. Together, we’ll work toward clarity, confidence, and a renewed sense of self.
Reaching out for support is a brave and important first step. If you’re ready to explore things together, I’m here to help.
