Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I’m a licensed counselor passionate about supporting individuals through life’s many transitions. I work with clients facing challenges such as depression, anxiety, relationship dynamics, parenting, grief, trauma recovery, and the search for deeper meaning in life.
I earned my Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Central Arkansas in 2022. I’m certified in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) and bring a trauma-informed lens to my work. I’ve also completed Level I training in the Gottman Method, which I use to support couples in strengthening their connection and navigating conflict more effectively.
Rooted in humanistic traditions, my approach emphasizes creating a safe, supportive space where you can embrace authenticity, take ownership of your growth, and cultivate the courage to pursue your full potential. My goal is to truly understand your story, explore how you arrived at this point, and collaborate on a plan that helps you move forward in a way that aligns with your values.

Many people wonder whether remote counseling can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is flexibility – you can meet with a therapist in the format that fits your life, whether that’s a video call, a phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to schedule care without rearranging your entire routine.
Licensed professionals provide online therapy, and if you ever want a different fit, you have the option to switch therapists. For many people, the combination of proven effectiveness and convenient access makes online therapy a practical route to getting support.
