Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Counseling Philosophy and Services
I believe in a holistic and strength-based approach to counseling. The therapy process, in my opinion, is most beneficial when it involves exploring and integrating emotional, physical, social, spiritual needs, and values. Strength-based therapy highlights your abilities, talents, and positive qualities. One can use existing strengths and resources to promote personal growth, resilience, and well-being.
I am licensed in Michigan with 5 years of professional work experience as a mental health clinician. Two of those years I worked as a home-based clinician serving children with severe emotional disturbances and their families. I have over 10 years of professional experience working with women during prenatal and postnatal transitions. I enjoy serving individuals across the lifespan. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process.
I identify as a Christian counselor that offers both strictly clinical counseling and clinical counseling from a Christian viewpoint.
